Student Graduation: Farbod was awarded a Master of Science degree in Chemistry at UNH. He will join the University of Notre Dame as a PhD student in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering. Congrats Farbod! We will miss you.
Research Grant: Dr. Sun received a UNH Summer Research Grant ($3,250 for summer 2023) and a UNH research fund ($2,000 for 2023-2024). Those internal grants will be used to support UNH student research in developing biomass-derived degradable polymer materials.

Research Grant: Dr. Sun received a NASA Connecticut Space Grant Consortium (NASA-CTSGC) Faculty Research Grant ($10,000 for 2023-2024). This fund will support two UNH students by providing them valuable hands-on research experience in developing self-healing polymer materials for NASA’s space-related applications. [Link]
